At ZARA, we're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Osnabrück. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect outfit, and ensuring our merchandise is presented and restocked on the sales floor.

Your New Tasks
  • Help customers find the perfect outfit and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure our merchandise is neatly presented, tidied, and restocked on the sales floor
  • Contribute to achieving our sales targets with your commitment and sales talent
  • Use our technologies to ensure everything runs smoothly, both on the shop floor and in the warehouse
  • Ensure an excellent shopping experience right up to the last step at the checkout
What Sets You Apart
  • You're a team player through and through, with reliability as a matter of course
  • You're ready to support your team flexibly, even on Fridays and Saturdays
  • You have excellent communication skills to express yourself to customers and your team
  • You prioritize customer experience, with helpfulness, a positive attitude, and an open demeanor
  • Experience in retail is an advantage, but not a must
