Darüber hinaus bieten wir ein kontinuierlich wachsendes multimediales Angebot in den Bereichen Recht, Wirtschaft und Steuern.Ihre Aufgaben sind:
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der externen Dienstleister, einschließlich der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Dienstleistern, um eine hohe Servicequalität und Effizienz zu gewährleisten
  • Verwaltung von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen mit IT-Dienstleistern
  • Übernahme der Kommunikation zwischen internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern
Das wünschen wir uns:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von IT-Dienstleistern und im Vertragsmanagement
  • Erfahrungswerte im Bereich Service Level Management und IT-Servicemanagement (ITIL)
  • Erfahrungen bei der Lieferantenbewertung nach ISO9001 sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement und Microsoft-Technologien sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
