**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage legal and compliance risks at our German operations
• Provide legal support for our daily operations, offering expert advice and services as required
• Communicate effectively with directors, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management on governance matters
• Monitor corporate legislative, governance, and regulatory developments, driving and supporting necessary changes
• Lead governance standards in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, providing governance advice and guidance
• Prepare written resolutions, draft minutes, and actionable items for board and committee members and shareholders for approval
• Collaborate with business teams on public procurement from suppliers
• Manage litigation and commercial dispute matters on behalf of the company
• Handle labor issues in accordance with German laws and standards
• Deliver internal training on relevant legal issues and risk areas

**Requirements**

• Qualified German lawyer with expertise in regulations and corporate governance
• More than five years of relevant experience, either from a law firm or in-house, with experience in the automotive industry being a plus
• Awareness of changing laws and regulations in the renewable energy industry, with experience in commercial contract matters, corporate law, and legal compliance
• Ability to work independently, as a collaborative and proactive member of our team
• Meticulous, organized, and committed to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally
• Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative
