As a Pflichtpraktikant (m/w/d) in the IT - Operations Management department for Siemens Logistics GmbH in Konstanz, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting topics:
- Supporting the maintenance of accurate records of company software licenses
- Supporting the license management team in tracking software usage and ensuring compliance with license agreements
- Supporting the implementation of audits to verify compliance with software licenses and identify deviations
- Supporting the optimization of processes for acquiring licenses and maintaining relationships with software providers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect data on license usage and provide recommendations for optimization
- Supporting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software license management
- Providing administrative support as needed, including documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks
Your qualifications - solid and suitable
- Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Office 365 knowledge
- Domain and network knowledge
- Knowledge of administration tools to manage users
- Good German and English language skills
