Job Title: Lead Operations HR Manager

WebMD Health Corp is seeking a highly skilled Lead Operations HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR and IT department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our people and culture team, as well as managing our office IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 3-person People & Culture team in technical and disciplinary terms
  • Lead the 2-person office IT team in a disciplinary capacity
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in coordination with management
  • Ensure smooth operation of all HR-related processes
  • Provide advice to managers and management on employment law and HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a generalist role and many years of management experience
  • Developed and managed cross-organizational strategies in human resources
  • Sound experience in HR and organizational development
  • Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
