Bei Packiro machen wir die Verpackungsindustrie digitaler und nachhaltiger. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Strategischen Einkäufer, der unsere Sourcing-Prozesse definieren und optimieren kann. Der Einkäufer wird Teil unseres Teams und arbeitet eng mit unserem Leadership-Team zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Definition und Optimierung unserer Sourcing-Prozesse
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines robusten Lieferantennetzwerks
  • Durchführung strategischer Verhandlungen
  • Konzeption von Lösungsansätzen
  • Operative Umsetzung von Projekten
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Akademische Qualifikation: Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder äquivalente berufliche Erfahrungen im strategischen Einkauf
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehr als 7 Jahre im Lieferantenmanagement und strategischen Einkauf
  • Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn, Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, zielorientiert und verbindlich
  • Technische Fähigkeiten: Versierter Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamfähigkeit: Freude an der Arbeit im Team und Fähigkeit zur Motivation von Mitarbeitern
