Packiro is a leading company in the packaging industry, making it more digital and sustainable. As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining and optimizing our sourcing processes, building a robust supplier network, and leading strategic negotiations. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive digital transformation in procurement.

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategic sourcing roadmap to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
  • Identifying and onboarding new suppliers to meet our growth plans.
  • Establishing long-term supplier partnerships to ensure a stable supply chain.
  • Leading project management and collaborating with technical colleagues to drive procurement initiatives.
Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in supplier management and strategic procurement.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • A team player with a motivational spirit.
