Key Responsibilities

Your Duties Will Include:

Financial Tasks:

  • Transaction Recording and Posting: Ensure the precise and timely documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Payment Preparation and Processing: Accurately prepare and execute payment transactions in a timely manner.
  • Account Reconciliation and Clearing: Regularly reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight: Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate tracking of all financial inflows and outflows.
  • Expense Report Management: Review and process employee expense reports for completeness and accuracy.

Administrative Duties:

  • Sales Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer information to ensure records are current.
  • Report Preparation: Generate reports that offer valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize internal meetings to ensure effective communication and proceedings.
  • Customer and Supplier Communication: Engage with customers and suppliers to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing financial processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in finance and/or administration.
  • Financial Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and experience with accounting software.
  • Office Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications.
