Lean Operations Manager

At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a highly skilled Lean Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and optimizing production systems.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement lean strategies, production systems, and standards to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze, describe, and evaluate processes and procedures across the entire value chain to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate optimization potential and performance reserves, and derive fields of action to drive business growth.
  • Plan, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate, organize, and implement systematic measures and lean projects with involved departments.
  • Plan and conduct lean workshops with a focus on results.
  • Advise and train specialist departments within production on lean principles and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest lean methodologies and tools, and apply this knowledge in a targeted manner to drive business results.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with lean standards.

About You

  • Hold a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent technical training and experience in production environments.
  • Have a strong understanding of lean principles and tools, and be able to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Bring several years of professional experience in lean environments, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Be an effective communicator with differentiated, level-specific communication skills.
  • Have a holistic entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to shape and change.
  • Be a convincing personality with high creativity, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and agility.
  • Have strong MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
