Senior Accountant General Ledger Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant General Ledger to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
