Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant General Ledger to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage general ledger accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including HGB and IFRS.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in general ledger accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including HGB and IFRS.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German and good command of written and spoken English.
