Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries.
  • Monitoring delivery timelines, conditions, inventory levels, pricing, and more.
  • Generating order confirmations and other related documentation.
  • Preparing necessary documents for production and warehouse operations.
  • Clarifying and issuing invoices, credit notes, and applicable discounts.
  • Drafting quotations for systems and original parts, ensuring adherence to technical and financial guidelines.
  • Coordinating with various departments to resolve missing information.
  • Determining necessary information for quotation preparation independently.
  • Collaborating within the team and assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Managing a dedicated customer base effectively.
  • Overseeing the initiation and follow-up of new customer installations.
  • Tracking the implementation of new parts.
  • Conducting compliance checks and consulting with the legal department when required.
  • Maintaining pricing accuracy in the 'proAlpha' ERP system.
  • Organizing and filing quotation and order documents systematically.
  • Storing customer and quotation information securely.
  • Reporting in accordance with supervisor directives.
  • Providing technical support via phone and email, primarily in English and German, in collaboration with engineering or field service as necessary.
  • Communicating technical details to customers and internal teams.
  • Ensuring effective customer engagement and support.
  • Assisting with promotional campaigns and customer outreach.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally.
  • Supporting marketing efforts with price adjustments and related tasks.
  • Occasional customer visits and participation in trade events.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training (industrial clerk) with relevant technical experience.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience post-training.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
