Business Intelligence Specialist / Data Analyst (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten Business Intelligence Specialist / Data Analyst (m/w/d) für unseren Standort Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung tiefgehender Analyse-Konzepte wie Customer Journey Analysen und Definition relevanter KPIs
  • Verfolgung der Soll/Ist Werte über alle wichtigen KPIs und Reporting
  • Analyse des Nutzerverhaltens, Erstellung von Reports und Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen der jeweiligen Fachbereiche
  • Überwachung der Datenqualität verschiedener ETL-Prozesse und Beitrag zur hohen Qualität von Berichten bis auf die Management-Ebene
  • Erstellung eines Big Pictures mit allen verfügbaren Daten
  • Weiterentwicklung bereits implementierter Excel-Tools und Unterstützung bei der Transformation in gängige BI-Tools
  • Arbeit mit allen Abteilungen an Fragestellungen und Erarbeitung von Lösungen und Hilfestellungen auf Basis von Daten
Dein Profil:
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen (Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an IT- und/oder BI-Themen, kreativ und bringst gerne Verbesserungsvorschläge ein
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Business Intelligence Umfeld
  • Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein Auge für Details
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse und Spaß an der Lösungsfindung unterschiedlichster Problemstellungen
