Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Commerce Platform division, you will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining comprehensive data architectures that bolster our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include the development and enhancement of business and KPI reporting, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data, and working in close collaboration with the Commerce Platform team to provide actionable insights. Your proficiency in dbt and Snowflake will be vital in advancing our data projects.

Our Commerce Platform division comprises Product Owners, Frontend and Backend Engineers, Quality Assurance professionals, and UX/UI Designers. Together with our colleagues from the Commerce Platform, we are dedicated to delivering e-commerce solutions to our stakeholders and facilitating data-informed decision-making.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Create visually engaging and informative dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Engage with the Commerce Platform team, business analysts, and both internal and external partners to explore and implement innovative solutions.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data across all reports and analyses.
  • Design and assess A/B tests, employing power analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies.
  • Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to convey findings and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Your Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics, with a strong emphasis on visualizations and dashboards.
  • Proficient in A/B testing methodologies, including power analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Familiarity with dbt and Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and creatively to address complex business challenges.
