We are a dynamic company specializing in the wholesale distribution of health sector products. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll calculations for all employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee data records.
  • Handle inquiries related to taxes and social security contributions.
  • Communicate with relevant authorities regarding payroll matters.
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education with a specialization in payroll accounting.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with DATEV Lohn & Gehalt software is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a reliable work ethic are essential.
