As a Payroll Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee data records.
  • Handling inquiries related to taxes and social security contributions.
  • Communicating with relevant authorities regarding payroll matters.
  • Providing support during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • A completed commercial education with a specialization in payroll accounting.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with familiarity in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt software being advantageous.
