About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Data Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer data management strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer data management systems and processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in customer data management, data governance, and business intelligence. You should have a strong understanding of data management principles and practices, as well as experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer data management, data governance, or business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
