Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the long-term strategy and vision for the platform together with the founding team.
  • Lead product innovation to ensure our technological solutions meet market demands and solidify our leadership position.
  • Strengthen the core by leveraging technology and innovation to optimize internal processes and ensure efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that shares our mission and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to take ownership of projects and execute them effectively.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture building or project management with technology-driven roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Strong foundation in technology, including experience with the latest tech stacks and tools for product development.
  • Educational background in engineering, forestry, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
