About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently when they are not present.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and throughout the store, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure the store's shelves are always fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Monitor the quality and freshness of our products and report any issues to the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail is an asset, but not required.
  • You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • You must be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
