Facilities Management Specialist

Job Title: CREM/FM-Spezialist (d/w/m)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CREM/FM Specialist to join our Workplace and Mobility Services team at DEG, a leading international development bank.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement innovative concepts and services for our workplaces and mobility solutions
  • Manage and maintain our corporate real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable and efficient facilities management strategies
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
About You:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus
