Wir suchen einen motivierten und flexiblen F&B Assistant, der sich in unserer Hotelkühe und Bar einsetzen kann. Du wirst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mitarbeiten und dabei die täglichen Reinigungsarbeiten durchführen. Der Aufbau und die Betreuung des Frühstücksbüffets gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du planst die Qualitäts- und HACCP-Standards in Küche und Bar und setzt diese um. Du kontrollierst die Lebensmittellagerung und den Warenbestand. Du bestellst, kaufst ein und verräumst die Ware bei Lieferung. Du kümmerst Dich um die Inventur für die Küche und Bar. Du stellst den Menüplan für die Abendverpflegung zusammen. Du überwachst die Dienstpläne des Küchen- und Barpersonals. Als Schichtleitung übernimmst Du die Verantwortung dafür, einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Schicht zu gewährleisten.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der zuverlässig, qualitätsbewusst und flexibel ist. Du bist teamfähig und zeigst kollegiales Verhalten. Du hast ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenständigkeit. Du bist ein Macher, der anpackt und auch in stressigen Situationen gute Laune verbreitet. Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie. Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
