Tax Expert, Transfer Pricing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Tax Expert, Transfer Pricing at EagleBurgmann, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and the translation of complex legal and business concepts into feasible solutions. You will be responsible for connecting our tax and process needs to the global overarching approach and requirements of international tax authorities.
  • Your Impact:
  • Alignment: You will act as the lead in advancing our transfer pricing systems to meet regulatory and business needs, while supporting our systems and process landscapes, considering related risk management steps and internal controls.
  • Implementation: You will maintain the tax-compliance of our company by monitoring our intercompany cost allocations, tax risks, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Safeguarding: You will ensure tax compliance by creating and coordinating adequate documentation, supporting the set-up of service level agreements, providing organizational trainings, and defending transfer prices for tax audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics, ideally with a tax or accounting focus.
  • Relevant experience in tax consulting/auditing or in financial administration, ideally with a focus on transfer pricing, in a dynamic, multinational organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Tax Advisor Exam.
  • Systems Agility: SAP S4/HANA and SAP BI are ideal.
