About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager People to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our Business Development & Program Management department, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and evolution within our People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage people projects and initiatives that shape our People & Culture function and its influence.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across different departments, seniority levels, and countries.
  • Work closely with the (People) Leadership Team and our Chief People Officer.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record from a consulting firm or a strategy/corporate business development department.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven project management success with the ability to prioritise and simultaneously process multiple tasks, as well as the capability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Passion for the field of people/HR with the ambition to innovate by challenging the status quo.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, and a passion about making an impact.
  • Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
