About the Role

As a Test Management Consultant at msg life, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our insurance products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to advise our customers on the synergies between the msg.Life Factory, msg.Insurance Suite, and end-to-end testing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to our customers on test management strategies, methodologies, and processes.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for quality improvement in test and IT processes, and support our customers in implementing and utilizing test tools.
  • Develop and implement test management processes based on recognized standards (e.g., ISTQB, TPI).
  • Collaborate with our customers to design and implement test automation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of test management processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree or professional qualification with a focus on insurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development projects and test automation, combined with in-depth knowledge of test management.
  • First-hand experience in project management, preferably in the test domain within the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and methodical thinking, organizational skills, and a high level of result- and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent team player with a safe and confident demeanor, self-motivated work style, and high level of communication and flexibility skills.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills, with a strong preference for additional languages.
