IT-Consultant Unified Communications (w/m)

Wir suchen eine/n IT-Consultant Unified Communications für unser Team bei PLS Management. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Integration moderner Kommunikationssysteme. Ihnen obliegt es, die klassische Unternehmenskommunikation mit den neuesten UCC-Lösungen zu verbinden und zu optimieren.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Engagement im Angebotsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
  • Präsentation der Konzepte beim Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Tools und Lösungen
  • Fachberatung zu Compliance-Themen
  • Analyse und Erfassung von Kundenanforderungen in Workshops
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den führenden UCC-Lösungen auf dem Markt
  • Erfahrung mit ISA-Server und Kenntnisse in DNS / DHCP
  • Verständnis verschiedener Protokolle wie STUN/TCP, UDP, PSOM/TLS, MTLS, NAT
  • Starke Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigenverantwortung
