Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen R&D Projektmanager, der unsere Teams in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten führt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen für das Gesundheitswesen beteiligt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung/Betreuung des Projektteams
  • Operative Leitung von interdisziplinären Projekten in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten
  • Leitung und Management des jeweiligen Projektteams hinsichtlich der Ausführung von Projekten
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung betrieblicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben im verantworteten Bereich
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von zuliefernden Stellen im Rahmen des Projektes
  • Vor-/Nachbereitung und Moderation von Projektbesprechungen und -reviews
  • Ableitung der System- bzw. Produktanforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der qualitätskonformen Entwicklung von Medizingeräten

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement für Medizinprodukte und Medizinproduktegesetz
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Führungs- und Konfliktfähigkeiten
