Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at ELP Consult Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and product training to clients, as well as collaborating with the internal sales team to synchronize on projects and reseller business information.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional technical support to clients via phone, email, onsite visits, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver online and onsite product training and demos to resellers and end-user IT teams, maintaining strong technical relationships with customer contacts.
  • Document customer technical inquiries and assist in updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales engineering team to address and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to synchronize on projects and relevant reseller business information.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, and similar technology products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Room technology is a plus.
  • Experience in the Audio-Visual industry and related technologies is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication, coordination, and project implementation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer visits, onsite demos, and presentations at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
