About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operation Specialist to lead our trucking operations in Poland. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Truck Scheduling: Optimize truck routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with transportation suppliers to ensure smooth operations, provide guidance on standard delivery processes, and update delivery addresses as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve abnormal issues during trucking transportation in a timely manner.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure suppliers adhere to standard delivery processes and requirements to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Cost Control: Analyze data and optimize transportation costs through truck scheduling, route adjustments, and other methods.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of logistics-related work experience, with cross-border logistics experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills, with a sense of responsibility.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for business approximately 50% of the time.
