Senior Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Operation Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Truck Scheduling: Schedule trucks to meet timeliness and cost-saving requirements based on cargo volume.
- Supplier Operation Management: Communicate and coordinate with trucking transportation suppliers, monitor their operations, and provide standardized guidance to ensure smooth transportation.
- Abnormal Cases: Identify and resolve abnormal issues during trucking transportation in a timely manner.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure suppliers follow standard delivery processes and requirements to ensure quality and safety, and continuously optimize and standardize processes to prevent potential issues.
- Cost Control: Control transportation costs through proper trucking scheduling, route adjustments, and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with Chinese and English as working languages.
- More than 3 years of logistics-related work experience, with cross-border logistics experience preferred.
- Rigorous work, patient, good problem-solving skills, strong communication and execution skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Candidates with knowledge of data analysis and cost estimation are preferred.
- Willingness to travel for business about 50% of the time.
