Within our Roof & Components (RC) Business Unit, we focus on the design and production of roof systems for various vehicle types, including those with autonomous capabilities. If you possess a passion for product innovation and a robust technical foundation, we invite you to join our journey towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing international initiatives related to Total Rewards management
- Executing global compensation frameworks and evaluating compensation metrics
- Creating and implementing comprehensive Total Rewards processes and tools
- Conducting job evaluations within the global job classification system
- Collaborating closely with HR and regional Total Rewards teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in Total Rewards, ideally in an international context
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures and data analysis
- Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities
- Effective communication skills and intercultural awareness
