Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead international projects in Total Rewards, including Pay for Performance
  • Implement global compensation strategies, analyzing internal and external data, and participating in compensation surveys
  • Develop, implement, and govern global Total Rewards processes, systems, and tools
  • Conduct job evaluations within the global job grading framework
  • Design and govern global guidelines in collaboration with other departments
  • Collaborate closely with HR and regional Total Rewards representatives
What You'll Bring:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards, preferably in a global environment
  • Deep understanding of compensation topics and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, particularly in project management
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and fluent English language skills
