Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess potential risks to the bank through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Evaluate and analyze various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks.
- Develop and implement effective risk management processes and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies.
- Apply high-level analytical skills to gauge and interpret risks accurately.
- 5-7 years of experience in risk controlling, ILAAP, and risk reporting.
- Strong understanding of European and German banking regulations.
- Proven experience in liquidity, market, and interest rate risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
