Site Financial Controller

ITT Bornemann GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Site Financial Controller to join our finance department in Obernkirchen. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions, strategic planning, and financial performance.

• Develop and maintain strong business partnerships across departments to provide financial insights and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and profit strategy.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the operation, identifying potential financial triggers and proposing courses of action to achieve strategic plans and financial goals.
• Support investment analysis, reviewing major customer orders, and ensuring credit risk assessment of external customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to HQ and BU CFO.
• Provide forecast information, including orders, sales, OI, OCF, and Accounts Receivable.
• Coordinate annual budget and strategic plans, meeting or exceeding annual budget OI and OCF targets.
• Contribute to long-range systems planning and implementation, improving efficiency in daily procedures.
• Manage human resources responsibilities, including quarterly performance reviews and co-worker development.
• Actively enable talent capabilities and support further development initiatives.
• Support achievement and timely financial reporting for TTI and GDP metrics, focusing on velocity and 'Lean' principles.
• Oversee and drive improvement in working capital performance.
• Maintain strong financial internal controls, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, with both financial and general accounting background in a manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX required, ideally experience in working in a US-company.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, financial planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong team player.
• Excellent computer literacy in MS office, profound knowledge of Excel OneStream, Hyperion, Essbase, and LucaNet.
