Das Ressort Marine im Geschäftsbereich Defence & Security der IABG bietet eine spannende Herausforderung für einen Marine-Programm-Manager. In dieser Rolle werden Sie die Geschäftsentwicklung im Umfeld Marine im Verteidigungsbereich von Hamburg aus leiten und die Vertriebsaktivitäten der DS im Bereich Marine koordinieren.

Tätigkeit
  • Leitung der Geschäftsentwicklung im Umfeld Marine im Verteidigungsbereich
  • Koordination der Vertriebsaktivitäten der DS im Bereich Marine
  • Kontakt mit allen Dienststellen der Marine in Norddeutschland
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter:innen in der Akquisition und Realisierung eigener Ziele
  • Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen für die Kunden
  • Leitung von Projekten im Team mit Spezialisten an allen Standorten der IABG
Voraussetzungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Rüstungsindustrie oder dem Marineschiffbau
  • Tiefes Verständnis für die zukünftige Entwicklung im Marinesektor
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
Ziele

Das Hauptziel ist die Pflege und Erweiterung des Kundennetzwerks des Ressorts Marine im norddeutschen Raum und die Entwicklung neuer Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung des Gesamtportfolios der IABG.
