About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Continuity Manager to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our IT operations and managing risks associated with our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of a disaster or crisis.
  • Conduct thorough risk analyses to identify potential threats to our IT infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT infrastructure is aligned with our business objectives and that we have a deep understanding of our IT landscapes and interactions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our business process landscape to ensure that our IT systems are aligned with our business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and be able to quickly grasp complex IT environments.
  • Perform IT risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Critical Design Reviews, and IT Service Continuity Management to ensure that our IT systems are secure and reliable.
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of experience in Business Continuity and IT Risk Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Must have certifications in ISO Lead Auditor, BSI IT-Grundschutz-expert, ITIL Foundation, and Additional testing procedure competence for § a BSIG.
  • Expertise in BSI-Grundschutz and Certified Data Protection Officer.
