Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Risks and Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business continuity management systems. Your role will involve:
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities within IT infrastructures.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business process landscapes.
  • Analyzing complex IT environments to quickly adapt and respond to emerging challenges.
  • Facilitating Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Critical Design Reviews to enhance IT service continuity.
Required Skills:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • In-depth expertise in business continuity management.
  • Strong understanding of IT landscapes and their interdependencies.
  • Ability to perform IT risk assessments and develop effective continuity strategies.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the aforementioned areas is essential.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
Certifications:
Applicants must hold the following certifications:
  • ISO Lead Auditor
  • BSI IT-Grundschutz Expert
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Certified Data Protection Officer
  • Foundation Training TISAX
  • IT-Risk Manager
  • IATF Auditor
Additional Competencies:
Expertise in BSI-Grundschutz is highly desirable.
