About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Authorization Administrator to join our team at Viessmann Climate Solutions. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient management of SAP authorization and user access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SAP authorization and user management strategies
  • Develop and administer SAP roles and users, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Administer and support the SAP Basis, including the correction and transport system, SAP interfaces, and error analysis
  • Manage SAP GUI and ensure seamless integration with other SAP teams
  • Collaborate with the audit department and auditors to ensure compliance with authorization concepts
  • Import and manage add-ons and third-party software
  • Evaluate specialist literature to stay up-to-date with new methods and techniques for SAP implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics or equivalent professional training in informatics
  • Several years of relevant work experience in SAP authorization and user management
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP Basis, including transport systems, SPAU, SPDD, and SAP Notes
  • Good understanding of ABAP development and SAP GUI
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
