We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Authorization and Basis Administration Specialist to join our team at Viessmann Climate Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement SAP authorization and user management strategies to ensure data security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain SAP roles and users, ensuring seamless integration with our SAP Basis infrastructure.
- Administer and support the SAP Basis for correction and transport system, including the analysis of error situations.
- Manage SAP interfaces and ensure smooth communication between systems.
- Collaborate with the audit department and auditors to ensure compliance with authorization concepts.
- Import and configure add-ons and third-party software to enhance system functionality.
- Interface with other SAP teams and perform administrative tasks in the SAP Support Portal.
- Evaluate industry literature to stay up-to-date with new methods and techniques for improving system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Informatics or equivalent professional training in Informatics.
- Several years of relevant work experience in SAP authorization and user management, as well as SAP Architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Basis, including the transport system, SPAU, SPDD, SAP Notes, and archiving.
- Good understanding of ABAP development and its applications.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
