Job Description

Adecco, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Export Specialist to join our team. As an Export Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of export declarations and customs clearance procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve export-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other export-related service providers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, customs clearance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software
