About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prozessexperte Global Export Control Specialist to join our team. As a Prozessexperte Global Export Control Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing processes for export control and sanctions compliance across the organization. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement processes for export control and sanctions compliance across the organization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain export control and sanctions compliance systems
  • Provide training and support to employees on export control and sanctions compliance procedures
  • Monitor and report on export control and sanctions compliance performance

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Rechtswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Außenhandels-, Exportkontroll- und/oder Zollrecht
  • Sehr gutes Know-how in SAP S/4 und SAP GTS, Prozessmanagement-Erfahrung und IT-Know-how
  • Breites Prozessverständnis (E2E Prozessdenken), z.B. mit Logistik- und/oder Supply-Chain Prozessen
  • Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch von Vorteil
