Position Overview

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in refining processes by engaging with various production sectors at our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass both technical and organizational challenges, establishing benchmarks for workflows, ergonomics, and time management, while also contributing to strategic and operational initiatives in Lean Management and process enhancement.

  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate on strategic and operational initiatives in Lean Management and process enhancement.
  • Assume Responsibility: Independently manage projects focused on material supply or cycle time enhancement.
  • Develop Solutions: Assist in the design of lean manufacturing strategies for new product lines.
  • Conduct Analysis: Systematically assess time management and workplace design elements.
  • Encourage Collaboration: Work alongside various production sectors to execute improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Execution: Support the organization of workshops, training sessions, and events.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Personal Attributes: A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • Work Ethic: Independent, dependable, and committed to excellence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with a solid command of English.
