Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Lean Management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and improving efficiency across various manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of strategic plans for Lean Management and process optimization, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects related to process optimization, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of process data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with manufacturing areas, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive process improvements.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events to promote Lean Management principles and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluency in German and good command of English.
