Senior Oncology Account Manager

At Exact Sciences, we're dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. We're seeking an experienced Senior Oncology Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Frankfurt, Germany territory.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in oncology sales to make a real difference in patients' lives. As a Senior Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales potential and product adoption in your assigned territory. Key activities include strategic account planning, delivering compelling sales messages, and providing top-notch customer service.
You will work closely with gynecologists, oncologists, and pathologists at hospitals and office-based accounts to further develop sales in existing and new accounts. Building and maintaining comprehensive understanding of customer needs and developing key account records are essential skills for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in specialty care or oncology, and possess strong key account management, selling skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent knowledge of cancer care in Germany, particularly in hospital and reimbursement settings, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
- Manage and grow business in existing and new accounts.
- Build and develop customer contacts and serve customer networks.
- Deliver presentations on products at local level, attend relevant conferences/events.
- Conduct standalone meetings as well as workshop meetings.
- Attend regular trainings on products.
- Communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels of organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of approximately €90,000, depending on experience. Our compensation structure is designed to reward performance and recognize individual contributions. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience with strong record of success promoting complex products in specialty care or oncology/diagnostics.
- Proven key account management, selling skills, and strong customer focus.
- Excellent understanding of cancer care in Germany, particularly in hospital and reimbursement settings.
