Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Sales Manager to join our team at IPETRONIK GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Customer Sales Administration department.

About the Role:

  • Operational management of internal sales and order processing across multiple locations
  • Optimize processes and structures within the department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Create reports and statistics for department evaluation and optimization
  • Participate in future-oriented projects related to internal sales

  • Extensive experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in German and English with willingness to travel
