About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing ones, focusing on improving the experience and productivity of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that will have the greatest impact on our business.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with DSPs to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Write and contribute to business cases to secure funding and resources for projects.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
About the Team

Our Global Fleet & Products (GFP) team is responsible for defining the path forward for Amazon Logistics, building the safest and most sustainable fleet of last mile delivery vehicles. We are a dynamic and innovative team that values customer obsession, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proven ability to deliver results through others, with a strong track record of influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high bar for accuracy and detail.
