Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Research and Development, um unsere Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung zu leiten und gemeinsam die Zukunft der medizinischen Innovation zu gestalten.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von langfristigen Forschungsstrategien, um die technologische Führungsposition unseres Unternehmens in den genannten Produktbereichen zu festigen
  • Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams in der Produktentwicklung von der Konzeptphase bis zur Markteinführung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich der Medizintechnik, speziell bezogen auf die definierten Produktkategorien
  • Identifikation und Integration neuer Technologien und Trends zur Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Medizintechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise im medizintechnischen Umfeld
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die genannten Produktkategorien
  • Starke Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Innovations- und Lösungsorientierung sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
