Search Product Manager for B2B Commerce

We are shaping the future of business-to-business commerce by providing a platform for business relationships. Our marketplace enables millions of business owners worldwide to focus on what they do best – delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is part of our Search and Recommendations team, responsible for helping users find what they need through our vast catalog across multiple countries. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience that empowers users to make informed decisions quickly.

We use elastic search as a foundation, working closely with an internal search team and external machine learning consultants. We leverage third-party tools for recommendations and are currently developing location-based targeting for existing search functionalities.

The team's contributions significantly impact our revenue, and we're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead and scale our Search function.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including stakeholder management, scrum routines, GA4, and user interviews.
  • E-commerce background, understanding conversion rates, product detail page optimization, and modern trends in e-commerce.
  • Date-driven approach, measuring performance, and setting up key metrics for their product.

If you bring experience in the Search domain, knowledge of ML pipelines, or a strong understanding of how to drive business value from data-driven insights, your application will be highly valued.

Your objectives will include:

  1. In the first three months: connecting to basic processes, familiarizing yourself with current projects, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  2. Within six months: optimizing LTR pipelines, achieving a +10% CTR@10 in selected countries, and preparing a roadmap for testing visibility scenarios.
  3. In one year: improving CR for Search sessions by 30%.
