Wir suchen einen Junior Projekt Manager, der sich auf die Umsetzung und das Handling von wöchentlichen Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen konzentriert.

Aufgaben
  • Zusammen mit dem zuständigen Projectlead ist der Junior Projekt Manager der Ansprechpartner des Kunden für die laufenden Projekte.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager steuert gemeinsam mit dem Team Projekte gesamtheitlich über alle Disziplinen, vom Briefing bis zum Projektabschluss.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager koordiniert alle benötigten Abteilungen (Kreation, Digital, Produktion) und ist für die Kommunikation intern und extern verantwortlich.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager unterstützt die Planung und Kontrolle von Projektleistung, Termine, Ressourcen, Kosten, Budget und unterstützt die Qualitätssicherung.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager qualifiziert und validiert Anfragen und stimmst Projektziele ab.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager begleitet die Produktion (Reinzeichnung, Bildbearbeitung, Koordination, Freigaben).
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager unterstützt in der Erstellung von Kundenbriefings und -präsentationen.
  • Der Junior Projekt Manager bereitet Projektbesprechungen vor und führt diese durch.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Marketing- oder Kommunikations-Studium oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse.
  • Praxiserprobtes Wissen im Projektmanagement aus einer internationalen Werbe- oder Kommunikationsagentur.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Retail oder Einzelhandel.
  • Spaß an Organisation, Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Projekten und kaufmännische Denke.
  • Lösungsorientiert, selbstorganisiert und flexibel.
  • Kommunikations- und teamfähig sowie empathisch.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
