New Yorker, a global fashion company with over 1,250 stores in 48 countries, is seeking a talented Product Owner to join our BC Customer Management department in Braunschweig. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales management product development and formulating product strategies that meet the needs of our stores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales management product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on input from stakeholders, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners of other areas and departments to ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a product owner role or similar customer-centric position.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS) and product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management platforms.
  • Knowledge of back-office operations in retail stores is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
