A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Digital Business Process Transformation Lead, you will guide and support the Large Gas turbine organization to optimize their business processes and reflect them in major strategic platforms. Our team supports major business processes in Large Gas Turbine business, covering the whole life cycle of our products – from R&D across engineering and manufacturing through project execution and service.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Create clarity and drive collaboration between our Large Gas turbine organization and major business transformation programs like PLM MP, S4E-Unify
  • Identify harmonization and simplification opportunities of core business processes across product lines and locations
  • Identify gaps and overlaps between scope and timeline of major initiatives and support to develop solutions to overcome those
  • Focus on an End-2-End business process perspective while being able to balance the needs of different products and partners
  • Consult and collaborate to drive the digital transformation of Large Gas turbine by driving decisions on difficult and controversial topics towards the biggest benefit for Siemens Energy
  • Communicate and share the direction of future ways of working, digital target landscape and its implications for the business

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or degree required
  • S4 Hana knowledge on general architecture, E2E Processes
  • Long term experience in manufacturing, engineering, service business or equivalent
  • Experience as a project manager in targeted selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations
  • Able to proactively lead and collaborate optimally to derive common targets
  • Accomplished in analyzing data and present it to others as well as a proven ability to communicate to senior management and peers alike
  • Good moderation skills and methodological knowledge in the area of large system implementations
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language; ability to travel as required
